Additional Information: Sculte's was one of the few booksellers to stay at the same location for almost the entirety of its tenure. At the time of opening, the store claimed to be "the largest second-hand bookstore in N.Y." Although Schulte was a dealer in theological works, the store prided itself on offering a wide range of books at modest prices.
