Jess, Jane, Rory - Skype call

Mainly, Jess uploaded the following: WireFrames, UserScenarios, DataFields, and CitationFields

and we spent most of the time discussing DataFields

my (Rory) todo's are to continue to fill out and refine the milestones in the Roadmap and make progress on those.
