record view: better display in list views

Description

in lists of records (projects, subprojects, homepage, etc) we need to display more clear information about each record

now it just shows record type and creation date.

How to fix this?
- add a check box on record type creation that asks "use this field for title"? and then use that field?

- just implicitly add a title field to every record type?

- do we need a new field type like "text field" in addition to text box? (the former is one line of text, the latter is a larger text box)

All the above are still open questions.

I will try to improve the record display in list views, but I suspect we might want to keep a discussion going about all the above notes.

fixes have been made related to this ... I'm not sure we can really mark this is as 'fixed' yet though? perhaps we should take a look and decide if/how it could use more improvement

solved this for now by, in certain places like 'small' record view, looking for the first text field (by field order) and using that as implicit title.

also, list views are cleaned up and etc.
